Description
Named after the volcano on which our family farms are situated, our Santa Ana Blend has been a staple part of our coffee lineup since the beginning, and it’s what most of us who work at Topeca brew daily. Sourced from our two most prolific coffee farms, Ayutepeque and El Manzano, this blend is better than the sum of its parts. Crafted to be a consistent and reliable light roast option year-round, you really can’t go wrong with this one.
After over two decades of honing this blend to be a perfect daily driver for folks who are interested in a single-origin light roast, you’ll find sweet nutty flavors of roasted almond and pecan, layered with soft apple and vanilla notes, and a mild citrus acidity.
We offer this same blend in three different roast degrees, so if you’re looking to try a more developed medium roast, try our , or, if you prefer a darker roast, give oura shot!
