Description
This year’s Ethiopia micro lot comes to us from Ja Coffee in Montréal, Québec. They’ve partnered with the mother-daughter team at Ken Bon Trading to source these grade 1 beans from the Uraga region in Guji.
This lot is predominately fruity. We taste blueberry jam, strawberry pastry, and dark chocolate torte. This coffee is balanced and sweet with a delightfully creamy mouthfeel. We’re always up for a new lot of natural processed coffee and we hope you’ll enjoy this offering from Guji as much as we do.
Geography – Uraga Region, Guji, Ethiopia
Preparation/Grade – Natural Process, Dried on raised beds
802 Cupping notes – Blackberry pie, strawberry, mixed berry jam, syrupy thick body
