Before the actual roasting process, the raw coffee beans undergo the famous special treatment method of the Dallmayr roastery, which completely removes many irritants, bitter waxes and unwanted traces of astringency from the coffee, while the natural caffeine and full aroma are 100% preserved in the beans.
