Description
This small-batch seasoning starts with our actual coffee, then builds from there: garlic, onion, paprika, a little raw sugar and honey, black pepper, cumin, and a hit of Korean gochugaru chili flakes.
The result is sweet, smoky, and savory with a slow, gentle warmth on the back end. The sugar and honey caramelize into a deep, crackly bark, while the coffee brings a rich, roasty depth you’ll notice but won’t quite be able to name.
Rub it on. Let it do the work.
