The Cinquanta blend (translated as “Fifty”) was specially created to celebrate its fiftieth anniversary and is masterfully composed of a high proportion of premium, select high-altitude Arabica from Central and South America, which is sensitively balanced with first-class, hand-sorted Robusta to achieve a full structure and massive body.
The coffee is ground with uncompromising barista precision to maintain a stable and balanced extraction, syrupy density and release the maximum of aromatic oils right in your cup. The beans undergo a slow, even medium roast, typical of the Turin coffee school. This process completely eliminates any sharp or unwanted acidity, harsh bitterness is suppressed and, on the contrary, the natural sweetness with deep notes of cocoa and toasted nuts stands out.
