The Process is an art

The Bean: We begin with a carefully selected lot of single origin specialty beans from Guatemala, chosen for their smooth body and classic notes of chocolate and toffee—a perfect canvas.

The Barrel: Then, the magic. We rest these green coffee beans for 30 deliberate days in a recently-emptied bourbon barrel from a respected Kentucky distillery. The porous beans patiently absorb the barrel’s essence—the “angel’s share” of bourbon, toasted oak, and vanilla.

The Roast: Finally, we roast each small batch to order. This crucial step develops the coffee’s inherent flavors while perfectly caramelizing the sugars and locking in the complex bourbon-infused aromas.
