100% selected coffee beans from the La Merced, Chanchamayo area, located at an altitude of 1200 – 1900 m above sea level.

Varieties: Typica, Caturra and Pacas.

The harvest takes place from June to October.

Processing is carried out using the wet method (removing the pulp and skin of the fruit after harvesting, before fermentation and drying).

Intense cocoa flavor, caramel aroma with a light nutty aftertaste.

Coffee with very mild acidity, light crema, excellent structure and full body.
