The Future is anerobic coffees, a remarkable celebration of fruit forward, sweet and juicy coffees normally only found in high elevation growing regions. Green coffee is held in an oxygen-free environment for an extended time (the coffee can be whole or pulped) to promote lactobacillus growth. Increased lactobacillus brings the fruit bomb to the cup.
