From Indonesia’s rugged Sulawesi highlands, Kalossi coffees are famous for their plush body and grounding, spicy-sweet character. This Grade 1 lot comes from smallholder producers across the Kalossi/Enrekang area (with regional overlap into Toraja and Mamasa), where coffee thrives in volcanic soils at high elevations.
