Merci Petits are small, delicate chocolates in the most popular merci flavors.
In the following flavors:
- Coffee and cream.
- Dairy.
- Almonds and cream.
- Bitter.
- Nougat and cream.
- Cocoa mousse and pralines with cream.
Composition:
- Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass.
- Dried cream, chopped almonds (4.4%), vegetable fat (palm, shea).
- Skimmed milk powder , lactose , ground hazelnut kernels (1.8%).
- Dried buttermilk , milk fat, wheat flour, dextrose.
- Rice flour, emulsifier: soy lecithins ( soy ), coffee.
- Fat-reduced cocoa powder, fructose.
- Wheat protein, salt, flavorings, wheat malt.
- Cocoa solids content in white chocolate at least 28%.
- Cocoa solids content in milk chocolate at least 32%.
- Cocoa solids content in cream chocolate at least 32%.
- Cocoa solids content in milk chocolate at least 45%.

The ratio of individual species may vary depending on production.
All varieties may also contain traces of hazelnuts , almonds , peanuts , other nuts and wheat .
