Stone Pebble Espresso Grinder

The Pebble Grinder from Stone was designed as a companion to the Stone Espresso Machine. Compact like its counterpart, the Pebble is just under 15″ tall and slightly over 5″ wide. This grinder was made for espresso, with an adjustable portafilter holder and multiple doses that you can swap through on the fly.

Why You Want the Pebble

55mm Blind Burrs

Coffee is ground with a set of flat, 55mm blind burrs. These burrs have no screw holes in the cutting surface so coffee is ground more efficiently and uniformly. The top burr is stationary while the bottom burr moves up and down for grind adjustment. When opening the grinder for cleaning, you won’t lose your grind setting, and the top burr is actually completely free with no screws even in the back and lifts out once the holding plate is removed.

Three Programmable Doses

The Pebble can be programmed with three unique doses with your time displayed on a compact LED near the base of the grinds chute. Each dose can be programmed within 1/10 of a second and can by cycled through with a dedicated selector button. Programming is done with conveniently labeled – / + buttons with a “play” button to start grinding. Coffee can also be ground manually for continuous dispensing.

Built for Espresso

Designed for espresso workflows, the Pebble has an adjustable portafilter holding fork to allow for hands-free grinding. For extreme precision when dialing in, grind adjustment is stepless with a polished metal knob in the back right of the grinder.
