Description
Wonderstate is a 100% solar-powered roaster in a rural Wisconsin farming town. They sourced this lot from one of the worlds highest coffee growing elevations of up to 2,400 MASL in Cusco, Peru. At this altitude the cherries ripen more slowly, developing greater density and sweetness in flavor. We tasted maple syrup, candied almonds, and Meyer lemon.
