Perfect Moose is the latest in smart automated milk steaming technology to tackle busy baristas, reduce training headaches and improve busy time performance. Frothing milk takes a lot of skill, time, feel and practice. Perfect Moose’s smart technology gives you extra barista hands without the need for extra barista use during peak hours. No training required. Perfect Moose mimics a barista’s hands in and out of milk to achieve the desired stretch. The milk texture recipe is stored in an RFID chip at the bottom of each smart jug.
