This dark roast is made with 100% premium Robusta beans for a full-bodied espresso with a thick crema and lingering notes of dark cocoa and toasted caramel. Each 44mm pod contains 7g of freshly ground coffee and works perfectly with any E.S.E. (Easy Serve Espresso) compatible machine.

About the Blend

Miscela Nera, Caffè Borbone’s most intense blend, is made of a blend of 100% Robusta beans crafted in Italy. The Robusta beans contribute to the blend’s full body, thick crema, caffeine strength, and persistent finish. The result is a strong cup filled with depth and intensity.

Preparation is simple and mess-free, with no grinding, measuring, or tamping required. Just insert, brew, and enjoy Italian café-quality espresso at home or the office. Plus, enjoy easy clean-up with these compostable pods.

Compatibility

These standard 44mm E.S.E. (Easy Serving Espresso) pods are perfectly compatible with any E.S.E. machine that holds 44mm pods:

• • Caffè Borbone Didi Machine
  • Any ESE-compatible machine that accepts the 44mm pod format (Saeco, DeLonghi, Francis Francis, Gaggia, and others)
  • Note: To safely and effectively use 44mm paper pods in a manual espresso machine, you need a shallow pod-specific basket or an E.S.E. adapter kit

Not compatible with Nespresso, K-Cup, Lavazza A Modo Mio systems, or other pod systems.
