Description

This unique zero defect lot is the result of Coavas long standing relationship with the Kochere Cooperative. After being processed, the green coffee is sorted an additional two times more than other lots, and sorters are paid three times the average wage. Its a particularly delicate, elegant cup, replete with bright fruit, juicy sweetness, and lush floral aromatics. We tasted bergamot, black tea, and lemongrass.
