Coming in at just under 28.5″ tall, it features large 71 mm steel conical blades, stepless adjustments, 3.5 pound hopper capacity, electronic timed dosing controls and a doser funnel. The controls allow you to program your shots, you can set up a single or double and pulse when needed. It is made to comfortably cater to the needs of a large volume café and always delivers the consistent quality grinds they demand. Low RPMs keep the bean cool as this beast churns.

Robur S is the ideal grinder for high-volume coffee shops. Integrating technological advances, the new grinder improves dose consistency and reduces coffee retention by 52%. It has an excellent grinding speed (average for espresso 1s/5g – 50Hz, 1s/6g – 60Hz) with low RPM (420 RPM – 50 Hz). The special cooling system with double fan keeps coffee safe from temperature exposure, preserving maximum aroma.
