The Marcato TacaPasta is the essential accessory for drying fresh pasta before cooking. Its 16 BPA-free rods fan out from a central column, holding up to 2 kg of pasta in a compact space so it dries perfectly and evenly. A pull-out wand stored inside the central column lets you collect pasta directly from the machine and lay it easily onto the arms — no tangling. When you’re finished, the rack folds flat to just 470 × 250 × 63 mm for easy storage on any shelf.
