Description
Our darkest roast, this blend marries the sweet, chocolatey character of our direct trade, single origin coffees from Finca Ayutepeque and Finca El Manzano with a perfectly developed dark roast degree. If you are new to our coffee, and are used to more traditional brands or just prefer darker roasts in general, this is a great place to start. This coffee offers a bold intensity of dark chocolate aroma, rich roasty flavor and a smooth finish. While this coffee is well suited to be served black or cut with milk and sugar, it is also fantastic when pulled as a shot of espresso if you prefer a more traditional, darker European style flavor profile.
Our Italian Roast is our take on a classic dark roast degree, carefully honed and crafted to satiate those who love a harmonious balance of robust, roasty flavors and subtle nuance. With notes of rich dark chocolate and toasted marshmallow coalescing in a smoky, velvety finish.
