Which coffees fit in a glass:
Caffe Latte : 3/5 milk + 1/5 coffee + 1/5 whipped milk.
Café Mocha: Approximately 1/3 espresso + 1/3 milk + 1/3 cocoa served in tall glasses, with more milk.
Café Au Lait: espresso with milk.
Café Crème: Prepare classic espresso in a large cup or glass. Add a dollop of cream and you get café crème.
Ice Caffé : is a cold variant of classic coffee.
The basis of iced coffee is always instant coffee, water, sugar and cream or milk and, of course, ice.
