Tasting Notes for Our Fairtrade Guatemala Coffee
Bright lemon and lime zest open the cup, giving way to a creamy nougat sweetness and a gentle finish of brown sugar. Medium-bodied with a lively acidity that makes it equally rewarding as a or a French press.

How to Brew
This Fairtrade Guatemala coffee shines in a at 93°C / 200°F with a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio. For a fuller body and a slightly softer acidity, it also pulls beautifully in a French press. Grind medium-fine for pour-over, medium-coarse for French press.
