We are pleased to present a coffee that has been a staple on Equators menu and a team favorite since 2013. Produced by Ismael Hassen Aredo, this iteration of Sun Dried Natural offers a syrupy, blueberry-like sweetness, complemented by floral jasmine notes, and grounded by a smooth, chocolatey finish. In the natural process, coffee cherries are left to dry whole, the fruit encasing the bean as it imparts its flavor while drying. The result is a cup layered with ripe, berry-like fruit tones. Guided by Ismaels practiced hand, this expressive profile remains balancedenhancing, not eclipsingthe delicate floral notes that define Ethiopias heirloom varieties.
