Similar to many great espresso blends, the Carraro Crema espresso has a large amount of Arabica that is perfectly balanced by Robusta. A 70/30 blend, the Crema Espresso delivers a smooth and nectar like sweetness with a light a subtle finish. The 30% Robusta helps by eliminating the unpleasant sourness and giving the Crema espresso the body and subtle chocolate notes to perfectly balance the Arabica beans.
