Caffé Nostro means our coffee. We have created a decaf espresso that pleases the most discriminating espresso drinker. Our beans are naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
The Swiss water is a non solvent method for decaffeinating non roasted coffee beans. We use strictly Colombian Excelso beans which are grown at high elevations and naturally contain the least amount of caffeine.
