This is the most common O ring that needs replacement in case

No coffee is coming out from the dispensing head.
- Water is filling the drip tray.
- Not the correct volume is dispensing through dispensing head.
Inspect the O ring all around ( circled in the picture ) by taking it out carefully, check for cuts or if its totally damaged.
Replace and make sure to lubricate using food safe lubricant only, we recommend replacing every 4-6 months or when needed
