Built on a base of a Natural Brazil, a Washed Central America, and a Natural East African. This is a Medium-Dark blend that is delicious on its own but also holds up very well to milk. Red fruit sweetness (think dark sweet cherries), fudgey, syrupy, lightly acidic. Smooth & rich. Yes this is labeled an espresso blend but it can absolutely be brewed via other methods! It would make a solid daily coffee for those who like a bit more body and lower acidity.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Use in an espresso machine. Would be good on an auto-drip pot or French press.
