This Baratza grinder gives you the consistency you need and delivers with almost no retention. The Sette 30 is a standout burr grinder designed in Liechtenstein and has finally come to the market after 8 years in the making.

It features a revolutionary design that utilizes an outer burr rotation while keeping the inner fixed which allows this small home espresso grinder to continually give you consistent uniform grinds.

The Sette 30 has a macro adjust for grind size, as well as 3 programmable settings for dosing. It produces a fast shot at 3.5 grams/second when grinding for espresso, and 5.5 grams/second at coarser settings.

The Sette has a macro adjust of 31 steps, designed to give a grind profile that is exceptional for espresso and good for brew methods requiring a finer grind. It is built with 40mm conical S1 burrs, which are designed to give a grind profile for espresso and brew methods requiring a finer grind (e.g. AeroPress, Hario V60, and most Automatic Brewers).

The main difference between this Sette grinder and its sister 270 is the micro grind settings that are featured on the 270 and not on the 30.
